Massachusetts In-State Tuition for Nonresident Veterans and their Dependents

Massachusetts Department of Higher Education
Resident tuition rates at Massachusetts public campuses

You pay resident tuition rates at a Massachusetts state college, university or community college even if your legal residence is another state, as long as you live in Massachusetts and are using VA education benefits.
