Resident tuition rates for nonresident service members and their dependents

You pay resident tuition rates at a Massachusetts institution of higher education if you are a nonresident service member stationed in Massachusetts, or a dependent of one. You keep the resident rate for as long as you stay continuously enrolled in a course of study leading to an associate, bachelor or post-graduate degree.
