Educational assistance grants go to the children of Massachusetts resident service members who were killed while serving during the Global War on Terrorism. There is no selection process, so every qualifying child is covered.

You are the child of a service member who was a legal resident of Massachusetts
Your parent died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces during the Global War on Terrorism
