Michigan Veterans Treatment Courts

Michigan trial courts, through the State Court Administrative Office
Court-supervised treatment and mentoring instead of standard case processing

If you are a veteran caught up in the Michigan court system, a veterans treatment court can handle your case with a mix of drug court and mental health court methods aimed at sobriety, recovery and stability. The courts coordinate with VA health care networks, the VA, the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency, volunteer mentors and veteran support organizations.
