With a 100 percent service-connected disability you get a free small game license with no state stamps required, and one free deer license a year valid for one either-sex deer except in buck-only areas. You can also get a card that serves as proof of your eligibility for the free small game and deer licenses. A federal stamp is still needed for hunting waterfowl.
