You can get up to 100,000 hotel points for employment-related travel, covering verifiable job interviews, training needed to get or keep a job or that leads to a certification, and pre-employment testing such as physicals, drug testing and aptitude or agility tests. It cannot be used for conference attendance or career fairs, job searching, relocation or house hunting, family visits, vacations, retirement, or non-employment activities.
