Contact the Department of Revenue driver licensing bureau at 573-526-2407 with your active duty orders to ask for the stay, and call the same number about reinstatement or your driver record.

What you'll need

Your active duty orders, and your discharge paperwork when the stay ends.

Eligibility

  • You hold a Missouri driver license that is subject to suspension or revocation
  • You are serving on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces
