This removable placard lets you park free in metered spaces, where local authorities have approved it, and in parking lots and garages on any Missouri public college or university, except during special event parking. Your vehicle has to weigh less than 6,000 pounds. There is no fee for the placard.
Submit a completed and signed Application for Missouri Military Personalized License Plates, Form 4601, at a Missouri motor vehicle and driver license office or by mail to the Motor Vehicle Bureau, 301 West High Street Room 370, PO Box 569, Jefferson City MO 65105-0569.
Either one of the qualifying specialty license plates you already hold, or a copy of your DD214 or DD215 or the award citation as proof of eligibility.
