Report the illness, injury or death through your chain of command, get a line of duty determination, and file a workers' compensation claim through the Missouri National Guard.

What you'll need

Your state active duty orders, a line of duty determination, your medical records for the illness or injury, and, for a death, the death certificate and proof of your relationship to the service member.

Eligibility

  • You are a Missouri National Guard service member, or the survivor of one
  • The illness, injury, disability or death happened in the line of duty
  • The service member was serving on state active duty at the time
