Paid Military Leave for Montana Public Employees

Montana Department of Administration, State Human Resources Division, through your employing agency
120 hours of paid military leave a year, up to 240 hours with rollover

As a Montana public employee serving in a reserve component you get 120 hours of paid military leave a year, and you can roll unused hours over to a total of 240. The leave covers state or federal active duty, federally funded training, drill and annual training.
