Montana Property Tax Exemption for Veterans’ Organization Property

Full exemption from property tax on the building and the personal property used in it

Property owned by a veterans’ organization is exempt from tax when it is used mainly for educational, fraternal, benevolent or purely public charitable purposes rather than for gain or profit. Personal property used in the building is exempt too.
