File your claim on the NEworks unemployment claims online portal. If you have no internet access or need assistive technology, file at a NEworks job center.
Your Social Security number, full home mailing address with ZIP code, phone number, email address, county of residence, driver license or state ID number, and bank routing and account numbers for direct deposit. You also need the names, full mailing addresses, employment dates and reason for leaving for every employer in the past 18 months, your employment authorization number and expiry if you are not a citizen, your DD214 Member Copy 4 if you served in the past 18 months, and an SF8 or SF50 if you were a civilian federal employee in the past 18 months.
