Submit the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission Resident Veteran 64 and Older Application with the fee and your documentation at a Game and Parks office or service center, at a Nebraska state park, or by mail to Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, Attention: Permit Section, PO Box 30370, Lincoln NE 68503-0370.
A copy of your DD214 or your Nebraska driver's license with the veterans designation. If you have neither, a Nebraska county veterans service officer must certify your first application.
