Request the plate in person at a Nevada DMV office with a completed Disabled Veteran License Plate Application.

What you'll need

A completed Nevada DMV Disabled Veteran License Plate Application and a certificate or letter from the VA showing a 100 percent service-connected rating or combined service-connected ratings totalling 100 percent.

Eligibility

You are a Nevada resident veteran
You have a 100 percent service-connected disability rating from the VA, or more than one service-connected disability with combined ratings adding up to at least 100 percent, or a service-connected disability of any rating that includes a permanent disability qualifying you for non-veteran accessible plates
