This permit gets you free entry to Nevada State Parks and exempts you from boating and camping fees. It is valid for one year and carries a $30 administrative fee.

How to apply

Apply online through the Nevada Division of State Parks, or email the permit application to stparks@parks.nv.gov and pay by credit card, or mail it to Nevada Division of State Parks, 901 South Stewart Street, Suite 5005, Carson City, NV 89701 and pay by credit card, check or money order. What you'll need

A copy of your Nevada driver license or state issued ID, official documentation that you received an honorable discharge and have a service-connected disability rating, and the $30 fee.

You received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Armed Forces
You have a service-connected disability rating from the VA
You pay the $30 annual administrative fee
