Nevada resident veterans and their spouse, parent or child can buy the Nevada Veteran license plate. It comes with your branch of service and with Army Airborne, Navy Seabees, Army National Guard, Air Force National Guard, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Woman Veteran decals.

How to apply

Request the plate in person at a Nevada DMV office with a completed and signed Veteran License Plate Application certifying you are eligible.

What you'll need

A completed and signed Nevada DMV Veteran License Plate Application. Your DD214 is useful if the DMV asks for proof of the veteran’s service.
