Send the Application for New Hampshire Disabled Veterans License with the documentation listed on it and the $10 fee to the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

What you'll need

Your DD214 showing an honorable discharge, your VA rating letter showing a service-connected total and permanent rating, proof of New Hampshire residency, and the $10 administrative fee.
