Tuition-free courses on a space available basis at state-supported postsecondary schools

You can take courses tuition-free, on a space available basis, at state-supported postsecondary schools in New Hampshire while you serve in the New Hampshire National Guard. The program is scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2027.

What you'll need

Proof that you are an active New Hampshire National Guard member who has completed advanced individual training or been commissioned, your school enrollment information, and documentation that you have used your other federal education assistance and your National Guard scholarship grants.

Eligibility

You are an active member of the New Hampshire National Guard
You have completed advanced individual training or been commissioned as an officer
You are enrolled in a state-supported postsecondary vocational school, technical school, college or university
You have used all federal educational assistance other than VA education benefits, and all National Guard scholarship grants
