Free or reduced cost dental care

You can get free or reduced cost dental care if you live in New Hampshire, have no dental insurance, are not eligible for Medicaid, and cannot pay for dental care out of pocket.

Call 877-248-6684 to check your eligibility and be connected with a participating dental provider.

What you'll need

A copy of your DD214, your New Hampshire driver license or non-driver ID card, and information about your dental insurance, your Medicaid status and your ability to pay.

Eligibility

  • You have a New Hampshire driver license or non-driver ID card
  • You received an honorable discharge or a general discharge under honorable conditions, or you are a National Guard service member who served on active duty other than for training
  • You do not have a 100 percent service-connected disability rating from the VA
  • You do not have dental insurance and are not eligible for Medicaid
  • You cannot afford to pay for dental care out of pocket
