Mail the application and a copy of your DD214 to the New Mexico Department of Veterans’ Services, 407 Galisteo Street Rm 134, Santa Fe NM 87501, Attn: State Benefits.

What you'll need

A copy of your discharge documents, normally your DD214, showing qualifying wartime service and an honorable discharge.

Eligibility

You left a New Mexico high school before graduating to serve in the U.S. Armed Forces
You served during World War II, the Korean Conflict or the Vietnam Conflict
You received an honorable discharge
