North Carolina Hunting and Fishing License Exemption for Resident Service Members Home on Leave

North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission
No hunting or fishing license needed while on leave

Resident service members stationed outside North Carolina do not need a hunting, inland fishing or coastal fishing license while they are home on leave for 30 days or less.
