North Carolina Motorcycle Endorsements for Service Members Stationed Outside the State

North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV)
Motorcycle endorsement added or renewed from outside the state

You can add or renew a motorcycle endorsement on your North Carolina driver license while you are stationed outside the state. If a written examination and skills test are not available where you are, NCDMV may accept a Motorcycle Rider Card verified by a military safety officer instead.
