Paid apprenticeship with VA education benefits retained

You can train for an industry through a paid apprenticeship that combines classroom instruction with on-the-job training, and keep drawing your VA education benefits while you are employed as an apprentice. Your wages rise as you progress through the program.

What you'll need

Your DD214 and your VA certificate of eligibility for education benefits.

Eligibility

  • You are accepted into a registered NCWorks apprenticeship
