North Carolina State Employee Leave for Military Duty

North Carolina Office of State Human Resources
120 hours of paid military training leave per federal fiscal year, plus up to 30 days of pay on involuntary active duty

As a North Carolina state employee serving in a reserve component you get up to 120 hours of military leave for training each federal fiscal year. If you are called to involuntary active duty you get up to 30 days of pay, after which differential pay may take over.
