What you'll need

Proof of your North Carolina residency, the veteran’s Vietnam service documentation, and proof of your relationship to the veteran.

Eligibility

You are a North Carolina resident, or your family belongs to a current NCVVI member living in North Carolina
You are the spouse or descendant of a veteran who served in the Vietnam theater of operations
You are enrolled in undergraduate study at a college, junior college, community college or trade school
