Travelling to or from your place of duty with the North Dakota National Guard, you pay nothing at toll roads, bridges and ferries. The free passage covers your vehicle and all your military equipment.
There is nothing to apply for. Be in uniform or carry documentation showing you are on official duty, and show it at the toll point.
