Eligibility

  • You hold a North Dakota professional or occupational license
  • You are serving in an active or reserve component of the U.S. Armed Forces
  • You are deployed to an area of armed conflict for more than 30 days
  • Your licensing board agrees to the exemption, which it decides case by case
