What you'll need

Proof that you are a North Dakota resident, your PTSD diagnosis from a qualified and licensed mental health professional, evidence of at least a year of counseling or therapy, and your doctor’s recommendation for a PTSD service dog.

Eligibility

  • You are a North Dakota resident
  • You have a diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder from a qualified and licensed mental health professional
  • You have been actively engaged in counseling or therapy for at least one year
  • You have a doctor’s recommendation for a PTSD service dog
