North Dakota State Employee Paid Leave for Military Service

20 working days of paid military leave, plus 10 days of unpaid leave for active duty

As a North Dakota state employee serving in the National Guard or the Reserves, you get 20 working days of paid leave a year to attend required military duty or for mobilization or deployment. You can also get another 10 days of unpaid leave for state or federal active duty.
