North Dakota Veterans Cemetery

North Dakota National Guard
No cost burial including plot, opening and closing, and headstone

The state veterans cemetery in Mandan provides a final resting place for veterans and their eligible family members, and takes both casketed and cremated remains. Burial costs nothing: the plot, opening and closing the gravesite and the headstone are all covered. Your family buys the casket, urn and vault through a funeral home at their own expense.
