Apply through a participating county recorder, or through your local County Veterans Service Office.

What you'll need

A copy of your DD214 showing a discharge other than dishonorable, plus two current valid forms of identification, at least one of which has your photograph.

Eligibility

  • You are an Ohio resident
  • You received a discharge other than dishonorable from the U.S. Armed Forces
  • You can provide a DD214 and two current valid forms of identification, one with your photograph
