Ohio Educator License Fee Waiver for Veterans, Service Members and Spouses

Ohio State Board of Education / Ohio Department of Education and Workforce
Educator license fees eliminated

You pay no fee for an Ohio educator license if you are a veteran, a current service member including the National Guard and Reserves, or the spouse of an active duty service member. Ohio also runs a streamlined licensing process for military-connected educators, including alternative routes to licensure that consider your experience, academic qualifications and professional accomplishments.
