Ohio State Employee Pay Supplement for Reserve Component Service Members Called to Federal Active Duty

Ohio Department of Administrative Services, Human Resources Division
The difference between your state salary and your military pay, capped at your state salary

If you are an Ohio state employee in a reserve component and are ordered to federal active duty for longer than a month, the state can pay you the difference between your gross monthly state salary and your gross military pay and allowances. The supplement can never be more than your state salary, and it does not apply to state active duty.
