If you are stationed in Ohio and hold a valid out-of-state teaching license, you or your spouse can get a temporary Ohio educator license. It lets you teach the grade levels and subjects listed on the Ohio temporary license.
Apply for the temporary military license through the Ohio State Board of Education licensure system.
Your active out-of-state teaching license and proof of good standing in the issuing state, the service member’s orders assigning you to Ohio, and a marriage certificate if you are applying as a spouse.
