Oklahoma Disabled Veteran and Surviving Spouse Sales Tax Exemption

Oklahoma Tax Commission, with eligibility verified by Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs (ODVA)
$25,000 of sales tax exempt purchases a year for the veteran; $1,000 a year for an unremarried surviving spouse

You can buy up to $25,000 of goods and services each year free of Oklahoma sales tax if you have a permanent service-connected disability and the VA pays you at the 100 percent rate. An unremarried surviving spouse of an eligible veteran gets an exemption of up to $1,000 a year.

How to apply
