Oklahoma National Guard Compensation for Illness or Injury Suffered in the Line of Duty

Oklahoma National Guard
Hospitalization and medical treatment, plus pay and allowances for your pay grade

If you are injured or become ill in the line of duty during training or active service with the Oklahoma National Guard, you receive hospitalization, medical treatment, and pay and allowances for your pay grade while you cannot return to your civilian job. Commissioned officers receive pay and allowances at the Second Lieutenant rate.

Your duty orders, the line of duty determination, and medical records for the illness or injury.

Eligibility

  • You are an Oklahoma National Guard service member
  • You were injured or became ill in the line of duty during training or active service
  • You are unable to return to your civilian occupation
