Oregon Disabilities Hunting and Fishing Permit

Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW)
Five-year permit adding accommodations to hunting and fishing privileges

This permit is not a license or a tag; it adds privileges that accommodate a disability. It lets you fish or clam dig with another person’s help, fish from an anchored craft where fishing from a floating device is otherwise banned, fish with an electric powered reel as long as the rod stays in a rod holder while fishing and landing, fish from the Nehalem Hatchery Barrier Free Fishing Platform on the North Fork Nehalem River during open seasons, hunt from a parked motor propelled vehicle except on public roads, and hunt with another person’s help. It is valid for five years.
