You are treated as an Oregon resident for tuition purposes even if you are not one, so you pay in-state rates. This covers service members in an active or reserve component and their spouses and dependent children. Time you spend living in Oregon after separating also counts toward meeting ordinary residency requirements.
Ask the admissions or registrar office at the Oregon school you are attending to classify you as a resident for tuition purposes, and give them your orders. The full rules are in the "Residence Classification of Armed Forces Personnel" section of the Oregon residency standards.
Your military orders or your service member family member’s orders, proof of the family relationship, and proof of where you live.
