When you are ordered to state active duty with the Nebraska National Guard you are paid at the same rate as a service member of equal rank in the U.S. Armed Forces, and your travel expenses are reimbursed.
There is nothing to apply for. Pay and travel reimbursement follow your state active duty orders through your unit; ask your unit administrator if either is missing.
