A county grave marker is provided free of charge for a deceased Pennsylvania resident veteran. The marker comes from the county where the veteran had legal residence at the time of death, no matter which county they died in or where they are buried.
Contact the County Director of Veterans Affairs in the county where the veteran had legal residence at the time of death.
The veteran's discharge paperwork, the death certificate, and proof of their legal residence at the time of death.
