What you'll need

Your marriage certificate, your spouse's orders assigning them to Pennsylvania, and proof that you and your spouse are residents of the same other state or territory.

Eligibility

  • You are the spouse of a service member who is a resident of another state or territory
  • Your spouse is in Pennsylvania in compliance with military orders
  • You are in Pennsylvania only to be with your spouse
  • You are a resident of the same state or territory as your spouse
