With a 100 percent service-connected disability rating you can get a no-fee Severely Disabled Veteran registration plate. It lets you park for 60 minutes longer than the posted time limit unless a local ordinance says otherwise, park in spaces reserved for people with disabilities, and ask local authorities to post a disability parking sign near your home.
Submit the PennDOT application for a disabled veteran or severely disabled veteran registration plate. You can self-certify by attaching a legible copy of your VA Benefit Summary Letter showing a 100 percent service-connected rating.
