Pennsylvania State Employee Paid Leave of Absence for Military Duty

Pennsylvania Office of Administration, through your state agency
15 days of paid military leave per year, plus paid leave for all days of Pennsylvania National Guard state active duty

As a Pennsylvania state employee serving in a reserve component you get 15 days of paid military leave a year for training or other military duty ordered under federal or state law. Pennsylvania National Guard members also get paid leave for every day they are ordered to state active duty. Military leave costs you no seniority and no efficiency rating.
