You can still get South Dakota deer, turkey and antelope licences if you are a resident service member or dependent who is stationed out of state during the application period and the lottery drawings. You have to meet all the other hunting licence requirements.

Your orders showing you are stationed outside South Dakota, proof of your South Dakota residency, and proof of your relationship to the service member if you are a dependent.
