State Active Duty Pay and Allowances for Massachusetts National Guard Service Members

Massachusetts National Guard
Active duty equivalent pay and allowances, with a $200 per day floor when activated

For drill and annual training you are paid the same as an active duty service member of your pay grade with less than two years of service. When you are activated for state or federal active duty you are paid the same as an active duty service member of your pay grade and time in service, and never less than $200 a day. Anything you receive from the U.S. government is subtracted from what the state pays.
