Complete the online Suffolk University Veterans Upward Bound application and send a copy of your DD214. For questions call 617-725-4102.

What you'll need

A copy of your DD214, and documentation of whichever eligibility path you are using, such as income, first-generation status or a disability.

Eligibility

You received a discharge other than dishonorable
You have not earned a bachelor’s degree
You are low-income or a first generation college student, you served at least 181 days on active duty or were discharged early because of a service-connected disability, you have a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, or you have been out of school for more than five years, tested low on a standardized test or have another risk factor identified by program leadership
