Tennessee State Employee Partial Pay for Active Duty in a Contingency Operation

Up to one year of the difference between your state salary and your military base pay

You can get special leave with partial pay for up to one year if you are a Tennessee state employee called to active duty in support of a contingency operation. Partial pay is the difference between your regular state salary and your full-time military base pay. The rules are in section 11.03 of the state attendance and leave manual.
