You can claim temporary financial assistance if you lose your job through no fault of your own. It replaces part of your lost wages while you look for other work, is not meant to be a permanent income, and is not based on financial need.

Your Social Security number, driver license number, address, telephone number and a valid email address; your bank routing and account numbers if you want direct deposit; your DD214 member copy 4 if you served in the U.S. Armed Forces in the past 18 months; your last 18 months of employment with your last day worked and reason for separation; and each former employer’s name, address and telephone number.
