Texas Veterans Land Board Loan Programs

Texas Veterans Land Board, Texas General Land Office
Low-interest land, home and home improvement loans

You can borrow at low interest for land, a home or home improvements through the Texas Veterans Land Board, and you can apply for any or all three at the same time. Once you or your successor pay a Veterans Land Board loan off, you can apply for another. The board does not refinance an existing home loan and cannot be used as a down payment, and every loan is subject to credit approval. If you are called to active duty from the National Guard or Reserves you may be able to defer your payments.
