The Massachusetts National Guard Education Assistance Program waives 100 percent of tuition and fees at a Massachusetts state college, university or community college while you serve in the Massachusetts National Guard. You can use up to 130 semester hours of assistance, and you have to stay in good standing with your unit the whole time you use it.
